What we collect

When you order in the LIMS app or on this website: your name, and your phone number for pickup orders, so we can call your order and reach you about it.

When you order on this website: the email address you give at checkout, used only to send your receipt and tell you when your order is accepted or ready.

If you sign in: your email address, used only to send your sign-in codes and to keep your order history across devices.

Your orders: what you ordered, when, the table or pickup time, and how you paid.

If you allow notifications: a device token from Apple or Google, used only to tell you when your order is accepted or ready.

When you use the contact form: the details you type in, used only to reply to you.

Payments

Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay payments are processed by Square. Your card number goes straight from the app, or the website's secure payment form, to Square; we never see or store it. We keep the card brand and last four digits so you can tell which card you used.

What we don't do

We do not sell your information, show you ads, or track you across other apps and websites.

We share your details only with the services that run the app for us: Square (payments), Google Firebase (notifications) and our email provider (sign-in codes).

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as our sales records, as the law requires. App sessions that never placed an order are removed after 30 days.

Your choices

You can order as a guest without an account, and turn notifications off at any time in your phone's settings.

You can delete your account in the app (Account → Delete account) or on our website. This removes your sign-in, devices, and your name and phone number from past orders.
