The short and the long of it
Terms of use
These terms cover ordering from LIMS African Restaurant in the LIMS app and on this website. Last updated 14 October 2026.
The short version
- Prices in the app and on this website are what you pay, plus sales tax and any tip.
- Pickup orders are paid when you order. Ordering at the restaurant, you can pay at the counter.
- The kitchen confirms each order. If we can't make it, you get a full refund.
- LIMS Rewards points have no cash value.
- If these terms change, the date at the top of this page changes too.
1 · Using the app and website
The LIMS app and this website let you order from LIMS African Restaurant and, while it runs, collect and spend LIMS Rewards points. You can order as a guest. If you join, you sign in with a code we email you; there is no password.
Please use them only to order for yourself or people you are ordering for, and don't try to break, overload or misuse them.
2 · Orders and payment
Prices and dishes can change, and can differ slightly between branches. Your order is priced by our kitchen's system when you place it, and that is the price you pay.
Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay payments are taken by Square for us. An order reaches the kitchen once it is paid, or once you choose to pay at the counter when ordering at the restaurant.
The kitchen confirms each order with a ready time, or declines it (for example if a dish has sold out).
3 · Changes, cancelling and refunds
Our ordering and refund policy explains how to change or cancel an order, what happens if we can't make it, and what to do if something isn't right.
4 · LIMS Rewards
LIMS Rewards is free to join. Points have no cash value and can't be bought, sold or moved to someone else. How points are earned, spent and expire is set out in the LIMS Rewards terms.
We may change or end LIMS Rewards. The Rewards page always shows the rules as they are now.
5 · Your account
Keep your email account safe: anyone who can read your email can sign in as you. You can change your email, get a copy of your data, sign out of other devices or delete your account in the app, under Account.
We may close an account used to misuse ordering or LIMS Rewards.

6 · When these terms change
We may update these terms as the app and website change. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Using the app or website after a change means you accept the new terms.
